Overview
Controlling working capital has always been one of must-do practices to Corporate Management to maintain sufficient cash flow for short-term operating costs and short-term debt obligations, especially amid current turbulent financial and consumption markets.
Interestingly, cash is often locked in common daily processes like: purchase-to-pay cycle, order-to-cash cycle, forecast-to-delivery cycle. Significant cash can be quickly unlocked by improving internal processes & policies and by standardizing commercial terms with key business partners.
