Thuy Ha has more than 20 years experience working for KPMG Vietnam, for Tax and Corporate Services. She specializes in Personal Income Tax, Labour regulations, and other compliance services regarding payroll, social securities, trade union and other corporate services.
Thuy Ha possesses a strong understanding of the local regulatory system and is involved in advisory and compliance work for clients including multinational companies, representative offices, banks, investment funds, NGOs, foreign contractors, foreign invested enterprises and Vietnamese companies.
Thuy Ha represents clients in working with tax authorities, labour authorities and has obtained favorable outcomes for clients
Hien has nearly 11 years of experience in tax advisory and compliance for publicly and privately held clients (multinational and Vietnamese corporations) and has gained a deep knowledge in tax compliance matters both local and overseas. She also has experience in tax structure, tax planning, due diligence, individual and corporate taxes.
She currently focuses on tax matters in Personal Income Tax compliance, payroll services and tax planning for Personal Income Tax.
