Course description
Provide overview and leading practices of Internal Audit (IA); Roles of Internal Audit with Risk Management and other departments/divisions/functions within enterprise; Introduce methods of implementing Internal Audit effectively to achieve to sustainable development and explaining the process for internal auditors to perform internal audit in the company
Course Agenda:
1. Definition and roles of Internal Audit within the current corporate governance system:
- Overview of regulations related to the current corporate governance and position of Internal Audit in Vietnam;
- Definition and roles of Internal Audit with Risk Management function and other functions within the business
- Internal Audit Trends : Data and Analytics, Agile Auditing
2. Internal Audit planning:
- Risk-based IA methodologies;
- Risk assessment in Internal Audit
- 3-year Internal Audit Annual plan development (with practical examples/case studies & KPMG thought leadership)

Cung cấp kiến thức tổng quan và thông lệ tiên tiến về Kiểm toán nội bộ (KTNB); Xác định vai trò và mối quan hệ của KTNB với Quản lí rủi ro (QLRR) và các phòng ban chức năng khác trong doanh nghiệp; Giới thiệu phương pháp để thực hiện KTNB hiệu quả, góp phần vào mục tiêu phát triển bền vững của doanh nghiệp và một số kỹ thuật cơ bản trong công tác thực hiện KTNB
Chương trình học:
1. Định nghĩa, vai trò và mối quan hệ của KTNB trong hệ thống quản trị doanh nghiệp hiện tại:
- Sơ lược về các quy định liên quan đến hệ thống quản trị doanh nghiệp hiện tại và vị trí của KTNB;
- Định nghĩa, vai trò và mối quan hệ của KTNB với QLRR và các chức năng khác trong doanh nghiệp
- Xu hướng phát triển của KTNB hiện đại: Dữ liệu và công nghệ, Agile Auditing
2. Lập kế hoạch KTNB
- Phương pháp luận KTNB theo định hướng rủi ro
- Đánh giá rủi ro trong KTNB
- Lập kế hoạch KTNB hàng năm, tầm nhìn 3 năm (kèm các ví dụ và bài tập thực tiễn nhằm hỗ trợ học viên hiểu sâu và áp dụng hiệu quả quy trình lập kế hoạch KTNB vào doanh nghiệp)
