Description
Setting up a Representative Office (“RO”) is a good option for foreign entities to explore the Vietnam market before committing equity. A RO is not an income generating centre hence their tax compliance requirements will be minimised.
However, there are still other statutory compliance obligations they must adhere to, including licensing requirements, Personal Income Tax for employees, labour, immigration and a number of statutory reports required by relevant authorities.
The event Compliance requirements for foreign Representative Offices in Vietnam organised by KPMG in Vietnam to help you ensure a RO is set up and operated smoothly in Vietnam, get familiar with the compliance requirements during its lifecycle to ensure proper compliance and to ease further investment into the market in due course.
