Thị trường mua bán và sáp nhập (M&A) Việt Nam năm 2025 chứng kiến sự sụt giảm về số lượng giao dịch nhưng chuyển mạnh sang xu hướng chọn lọc khi dòng vốn chỉ tập trung vào doanh nghiệp có nền tảng tốt và mức độ minh bạch cao. KPMG nhận định, nhà đầu tư quốc tế đang quay lại Việt Nam nhưng với tiêu chuẩn khắt khe hơn, năm 2026 sẽ là giai đoạn thị trường phân hóa rõ rệt theo chất lượng tài sản và khả năng tạo giá trị sau sáp nhập.
