Please follow the steps below to complete your registration.

Missed deadline or no payment confirmation: registration will be cancelled.
1. Payment Process
Step 1
Receive payment instructions
After successful registration, KPMG will send a detailed payment instruction email to the email address provided by the participant.
If an incorrect or invalid email address is provided, resulting in the participant not receiving the payment instruction email, KPMG reserves the right to automatically cancel the registration and shall not be responsible for any related issues.
Step 2
Complete payment
Payment must be completed within 72 hours from the date of the payment instruction email, or in accordance with the payment deadline stated in the payment instruction email issued by KPMG OnDemand.
Registration is only confirmed upon full payment receipt by KPMG.
Step 3:
Submit payment confirmation
Immediately after payment, participants are required to email KPMG.
Read more:
- A bank transfer slip (UNC), or A screenshot confirming successful payment.
- Together with complete invoicing information as per the provided template.
If payment confirmation is not submitted, the registration will be considered incomplete and will be cancelled.

2. Policies & Invoice
VAT invoices will be issued on the event date.
If VAT rate adjustments are required by authorities, customers are requested to cooperate with KPMG in accordance with applicable regulations.
Please carefully review all information before making payment.
KPMG does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Paid but unable to attend the event.
- Incorrect payment for Export Processing Enterprises (EPE).
- Changes in participation needs after payment completion.
Registrations not paid by the deadline will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
KPMG does not reserve seats for unpaid registrations.
Group registrations must be submitted at the same time.
All participants within the same group must provide consistent company information, including: company name, tax code.
KPMG does not support merging registrations submitted at different times.
2. Chính sách & Hóa đơn
KPMG sẽ xuất hóa đơn GTGT vào ngày diễn ra sự kiện.
Trong trường hợp cơ quan nhà nước yêu cầu điều chỉnh thuế suất, Quý Khách vui lòng phối hợp với KPMG theo quy định.
Quý Khách vui lòng kiểm tra kỹ thông tin trước khi thanh toán.
KPMG không hoàn trả phí trong mọi trường hợp, bao gồm:
- Đã thanh toán nhưng không tham dự sự kiện.
- Thanh toán nhầm trong trường hợp doanh nghiệp thuộc diện DNCX.
- Thay đổi nhu cầu sau khi đã hoàn tất thanh toán.
Trường hợp không thanh toán đúng hạn, hệ thống sẽ tự động hủy đăng ký mà không cần thông báo thêm.
KPMG không giữ chỗ tạm thời cho các đăng ký chưa hoàn tất thanh toán.
Đăng ký theo nhóm phải thực hiện cùng một thời điểm.
Thông tin đăng ký của các thành viên trong nhóm phải thống nhất, bao gồm: tên công ty, mã số thuế.
KPMG không hỗ trợ gộp nhóm cho các đăng ký phát sinh ở thời điểm khác nhau.
