- 09/07/2026: Export Manufacturing - From regulatory changes to practical management
Currently, export production activities of export manufacturers in general and export processing enterprises (EPE) in particular are governed by various customs regulations on customs procedures, customs finalisation report (CFRs), tax/ duties administration, as well as customs inspection and supervision requirements. Especially, since mid‑2025, changes in customs procedures policies, establishment of Bill of Materials, and CFRs declaration requirements have created considerable pressure in terms of resources and costs, and have exposed enterprises to risks of penalties, tax/ duties claw-backs, and production disruptions if they do not promptly update and adjust their internal management procedures.
In this context, in order to help enterprises quickly update these important changes and better understand their impact on production organization, inventory management, and preparation and retention of documentation, KPMG is organizing a workshop with topic “Export Manufacturing - From regulatory changes to practical management”.
With practical, experience-based sharing, the workshop aims to provide enterprises with a concise and easy-to-understand overview of current regulations and their practical application, helping enterprises proactively review and adjust their export production and inventory management processes to both ensure compliance and optimize operational efficiency.
