Over the past year, a number of new tax legislative documents have been promulgated, introducing significant changes with substantial implications for enterprises. These changes include Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, Personal Income Tax, regulations on the Global Minimum Tax, tax administration, and the issuance and use of invoices.
Furthermore, in line with the tax authorities’ intensified efforts to enhance revenue collection, tax audit activities at enterprises have also evolved notably. These developments include changes in audit methodologies, audit focus areas, and the nature of tax issues subject to examination.
